The VTC900 CNC Vertical Lathe is a cutting-edge machine tool perfect for precision machining tasks. This automated CNC vertical lathe is ideal for processing internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end faces, grooving, and chamfering of various workpieces. It is specifically designed for machining automotive brake drums, wheel hubs, clutch pressure plates, flywheel housings, and similar components. The VTC900 features a single-column vertical guideway structure, ensuring stability and accuracy during operation. With the column, base, and slide all constructed from high-quality materials, this CNC vertical lathe guarantees durability and reliability in every task. Upgrade your machining capabilities with the VTC900 CNC Vertical Lathe for enhanced productivity and precision in your workshop.


This machine adopts a single-column vertical guideway structure. The column, base, and slide are all made of high-grade gray cast iron using resin sand casting technology and undergo aging treatment. The mating guide surfaces are equipped with 55 roller-type linear guideways, offering high load capacity and excellent precision stability. The rational structural design, along with refined machining and assembly processes, ensures long-term stability and precision retention during operation.

The machine spindle is driven by a wide-range, high-torque servo motor, enabling both low-speed high-torque heavy-duty cutting and high-speed machining, effectively meeting the demands of both roughing and finishing operations.

The spindle utilizes a high-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearing paired with a two-way thrust angular contact ball bearing and another double-row cylindrical roller bearing. This configuration provides maximum load capacity, enabling it to withstand significant cutting and feed forces while delivering high radial and axial rigidity, as well as superior rotational accuracy.

The X and Z-axis servo motors directly drive precision ball screw assemblies via flexible couplings, minimizing backlash and ensuring high positioning accuracy. The Z-axis lifting mechanism is equipped with nitrogen cylinders, offering a simple, reliable structure with low failure rates.The X and Z axes employ domestically produced precision ball screws and specialized ball screw bearings to meet the requirements of high rigidity and high-precision machining. The screw supports feature a pre-tensioning structure, significantly reducing the impact of thermal deformation on accuracy during prolonged operation.


The X and Z axes are equipped with an advanced centralized automatic lubrication system, providing stable and reliable intermittent lubrication at scheduled intervals.

The machine tool holder is available in electric, hydraulic turret, or linear tooling configurations, ensuring high precision and efficiency.
