The MV-855 vertical machining center mainly consists of the following components: base, column, saddle, worktable, spindle box, tool magazine, machine control system, cooling system, chip conveyor, lubrication system, electrical cabinet, and operator control panel, all housed within an integrated protective cover.
The electrical cabinet is mounted on the side of the machine column.
The operator control panel is fixed at the front-right side of the protective cover.
The tool magazine (with robotic arm) is installed on the upper-left side of the column.
The cooling tank features an L-shaped design with bottom-mounted rollers, positioned at the rear of the machine for easy mobility during cleaning. It includes a built-in chip collection tray.
